PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Brisk hikes, muddy boots, happy dogs, and a nice pint at the end. This map celebrates the Yorkshire Dales - one of the most beautiful places to explore in the UK.

Originally hand-drawn by artist-cartographer Kevin Sheehan in 2025, this map shows the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. All the major dales are labelled: Wensleydale, Swaledale, Ribblesdale, Wharfedale, Nidderdale, and Malhamdale (Airedale downstream), plus many of the smaller dales that feed into them. 
Six amazing trails through the Dales are included: the Coast-To-Coast Walk, Pennine Way, Dales Way, Ribble Way, Nidderdale Way, and the Yorkshire Three Peaks Walk. Over fifty villages and towns are labelled, plus thirty peaks, and numerous places of interest like caves, castles, waterfalls, lakes, and ancient abbeys. Inset maps of five iconic towns and villages of the Dales finish the map: Grassington, Reeth, Hawes, Pateley Bridge, and Skipton.

This map is a limited edition print out of a run of 200, printed on high-quality 300gsm paper with long-lasting pigment inks. It is signed and numbered by the artist.

The map is sold with a mount (mat-board) in black, ivory, navy or slate, sized at 14"x18" (a standard frame size).
