Q) What is the purpose of Art & Soul?
A) We provide a home for independent creatives to make the inspirational accessible to all. We offer artists and makers of bespoke, handmade creations a retail outlet to showcase and sell in a modern, fresh, gallery environment as well as via our online marketplace.
Our Beverley and Hull stores are open 7 days a week for browsing our collections or picking up 'Click & Collect' orders. We're also open 24/7 online selling and marketing the work of our makers!
Q) How do I order?
A) Orders are quick, safe and easy with our secure online checkout. You can pay by all major credit and debit cards. You can also order by phone, please call us on 01482 888625. You can also spread the cost of your purchase into 3 equal interest free payments by using Klarna Installments which is integrated into our store checkout.
Q) Can I 'Click and Collect' products that I've bought online?
A) Yes, we offer collect in store for products purchased through our online shop. You can select this option by clicking on 'Pick Up' in the delivery method in your shopping cart. We have over 6500 products available in the Beverley and Hull stores and aim to have your items ready for pickup within 2- 3 days of the order being placed. Please note that as some products are located with our sellers it could take up to 5 days in some cases for the items to be available in the store for you to collect. Either way we'll send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
Q) Can I have my items delivered too?
A) Yes, you have the option to have your products shipped using our 'Standard' delivery option, contact free, to your door. If you chose the Standard shipping option at checkout delivery rates are automatically added based on your shopping cart product weights. For UK shipping, rates from £1.50 up to a £12.50 will be added when you select a standard shipping method at the checkout. We currently offer UK shipping only.

Some of our Sellers have added a product specific rate for their products (i.e. £25 UK rate for large or oversized items) whilst some offer free shipping for their products. You'll pay a flat rate for postage & depending on the item location you may get multiple packages to complete your order but we aim to get your full order to you in 5 working days.
Q) Can I return an item?
A) Yes of course. You have 30 days to return the item if you change your mind for any reason, just return it to us in its original condition and we'll refund you. If the item arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it for you.

Q) Can I join Art & Soul as a Seller?
A) Yes, we offer a range of rental spaces for our makers in our Beverley and Hull stores to give them a presence on the high street. Our commission charged on products sold is very low which makes us an attractive alternative to other galleries for our sellers. When you rent space with us your products are also made available to purchase through our website plus our dedicated Facebook and Instagram stores.
