Q) What is the purpose of Art and Soul?

A) We are here to offer artists and makers of bespoke, handmade products a retail outlet to showcase and sell their work in a modern, fresh, gallery environment as well as online.

We're open 7 days a week at our Beverley store and 24/7 online selling and marketing the work of our makers!

Q) How do I order?

A) Orders are quick, safe and easy with our secure online checkout. You can pay by all major credit and debit cards. You can also order by phone, please call us on 01482 888625. You can also spread the cost of your purchase into 3 equal interest free payments by using Klarna Installments which is integrated into our store checkout.

Q) Can I 'click and collect' products that I've bought online?

A) Yes, we offer collect in store for products purchased through our online shop. You can select this option by clicking on 'Pick Up' in the delivery method in your shopping cart.  We have over 3000 products available in the Beverley store and aim to have your items ready for pickup within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that as some products are located with our sellers it could take up to 5 days in some cases for the items to be available in the store for you to collect. Either way we'll send you an email when your order is ready for collection.

Q) Can I have my items delivered too?

A) Yes, we offer free local delivery for addresses up to 10 miles from our Beverley store, subject to a £20 minimum spend. Just choose 'Local delivery' in the shipping options in your product cart. We'll confirm when your items will be delivered in an email to you.

If you're a little further away you also have the option to have products shipped using our 'Standard' delivery option, contact free, to your door. If you chose the Standard shipping option at checkout delivery rates are automatically added based on your shopping cart product weights. Rates from £1.50 up to a £12.50 will be added when you select a standard shipping method at the checkout. Some of our Sellers have added a product specific rate for their products (e.g. for large or oversized items) whilst some offer free shipping for their products. You'll pay a flat rate for postage & depending on the item location you may get multiple packages to complete your order but we aim to get your full order to you in 5 working days. 

Q) Can I return an item?

A) Yes of course. You have 30 days to return the item if you change your mind for any reason, just return it to us in its original condition and we'll refund you. If the item arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it for you.

Q) Can I join Art and Soul as a Seller?

A) Yes, we offer a range of rental spaces for our makers in our Beverley store to give them a presence on the high street. We don't charge a commission on products sold through our Beverley store which makes us an attractive alternative to other galleries for our sellers. When you rent space with us your products are also made available to purchase through our website, which does charge a minimal commission on product sales to account for the wider product coverage.

You can also now sell your bespoke products solely through our website, giving you further flexibility if you don't wish to have a high street location but would like to join our community and supplement your existing sales channels.
