Her work is painted by hand using gouache, with much of her lettering hand drawn, giving every design its own playful personality. From tea, coffee and cake to flowers and her all-time favourite – cats, Emily finds inspiration in the everyday things that bring us joy. With a love of positivity and gentle humour, her designs are made to raise a smile and add a little colour to daily life. Emily is also passionate about encouraging people to step away from their screens, rediscover analogue hobbies and embrace a slower, more intentional way of living.
