Delivery Options

Free UK delivery on orders over £50 — allowing us to support independent makers while keeping delivery fair.

A flat rate of £4.50 applies to all UK orders under £50.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days using Royal Mail First Class Standard Post.
Please note that items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Some oversize or extremely delicate items (for example, terrariums) are not available for delivery. Where this applies, it will be stated in the product description and the item will be available as Click & Collect only.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available on eligible products from our Beverley, Hull and Leeds stores.

Please be aware that some products may be available for collection from specific locations only, depending on where the item is stocked. This will be shown at checkout.
