I love the feel of clay in my hands. I love to build and create shapes and forms. 

I love that from a bag of what is basically mud, you can make such an amazing variety of beautiful things. 

I love waiting to see what the firing has done to the glaze on a face, good or bad, happy accidents never to be re-created!

I love hearing the reactions to my work, Marmite pieces, love or hate; it's all good. 

I love being a ceramicist, I love being able to do something that I enjoy every day. 

I hope that my love of this artform comes through within my work and that, you too, will fall in love with the clay.
