Angel of the North (A4 frame)

If you're familiar with this wonderful piece of public art, you might wonder where I found the water to get this lovely reflection shot. Read on to find out my secret!

I'd been keen to visit the Angel of the North for a while before I first came here. I loved it, and was really glad that I'd made the journey to get there. At the same time, I was a little disappointed that I couldn't see any 'different' photos than what I'd already seen.

I made my way back to my car and put my camera bag on the roof to fish out my car keys. As I lifted the bag off again, I saw the image that I'd been looking for - the Angel of the North reflected in the roof of my car!! The picture is made for me by the person at the feet of the Angel - they give a real sense of the statue's scale.

This print is presented in a signed A4 art-quality mount, and a black Ikea Ribba frame. I've replaced the Ikea perspex with 2mm framing glass. The print itself measures 25cm wide x 14cm high.
