Busy Thoughts Letter for Calm and Grounding

The Letter for Busy Thoughts provides a moment for when your mind won’t slow down.

Some days your head feels like it is full of open tabs. This letter is a quiet place to put them down for a while.

The letter doesn’t try to fix anything or tell you to stop thinking. It sits alongside you, says the kind things you’d say to a friend, and gives you permission to breathe, set the list aside, and be where you are. Keep it for the evening you can’t switch off, tuck it in a drawer for a rainy week, or send it to someone whose mind is always running.

Each letter comes folded in an envelope, ready to open when it’s needed.
