Angel of the North - Card

If you're familiar with this wonderful piece of public art, you might wonder where I found the water to get this lovely reflection shot. Read on to find out my secret!

I'd been keen to visit the Angel of the North for a while before I first came here. I loved it, and was really glad that I'd made the journey to get there. At the same time, I was a little disappointed that I couldn't see any 'different' photos than what I'd already seen.

I made my way back to my car and put my camera bag on the roof to fish out my car keys. As I lifted the bag off again, I saw the image that I'd been looking for - the Angel of the North reflected in the roof of my car!! The picture is made for me by the person at the feet of the Angel - they give a real sense of the statue's scale.

This greeting card measures 15cm high x 10.5cm wide. All of my greeting cards are printed by Moo.com because the quality is lovely. They use 330gsm card which has a matte finish to it. All of the cards are blank inside for your own message, and feature details of the location on the back.

The cards come with a high quality, white envelope, and are supplied in a potato starch, compostable 'plastic' cover.
