FOREST OF THORNS LINO PRINT

Handmade lino print, printed using Cranfield colours ink which is lightfast and gives a deep, rich colour.
The design is based on the tale of Sleeping Beauty, featuring the knight's horse and the forest of thorns.

This art is printed on Japanese washi paper, which is a beautiful, high quality, tear resistant paper. It has lovely deckled edges which you can see from the photographs. The paper is smooth but you can see a light texture of the fibres which is gorgeous. It is an off-white which adds to the vintage look.

Every part of this print is made using the best quality materials possible and I feel it would look so beautiful on a wall in a study, or living room.

Please note that each copy is printed by hand, so each is unique. The paper size is as accurate as possible, but each print varies ever so slightly due to the nature of the handmade paper and printing technique. I would be inclined to wait to receive the print before ordering a frame, just to measure your particular print and decide how you want it to fit in a frame.
