Large Freestanding Fused Glass Curve With Pink, Violet & Lavender Flowers

This beautiful, large fused glass curve is a real statement piece for any home. It has been handcrafted at The Busy Box Room in Derbyshire and uses a selection of pink, violet & lavender glass pieces to create a wildflower meadow.

Dimensions: 130mm tall x 260mm wide x 70mm deep

Created by using 2 pieces of clear glass and adding other glass components to the surface. These have then been fused together under a kiln process called tack fusing which leaves a wonderful texture. Finally the glass has been positioned on a former and heated again to drape into the freestanding curve shape.

The tack fused surface also creates a wonderful sparkle when lit by tea lights which can be positioned behind. Standard tea lights can be used but I recommend battery to reduce the risk of accidental fire.
