• Grab a generous handful and sprinkle into a warm bath or in to the cotton bag if preferred.
• Jump in and relax. Breathe in and imagine seeing beautiful lavender fields. This is your time to look after yourself, so enjoy it.
• If you have sensitive skin, rinse off after use. Otherwise, dry and moisturise and feel pampered.
