 'Bluebell Wood' is a woodblock style print.  A bluebell wood is a type of woodland, common in the UK, through mid-April to late May. The dense blue carpet is an iconic sign of spring and an indicator that a wood may be ancient, dating back to at least 1600. The plants flower early to capture sunlight before the tree canopy becomes too dense.
