Hand-cut walnut, sapele pommele, camphor, birch, and sycamore veneers are joined and inlaid onto a rigid panel, toned with artist pigments, and finished with natural oils. Depth emerges from grain direction, colour relationships, and the spaces between forms—the “dance of the wood,” where shifting light creates a subtle sense of movement.
