Leafy Trees (50x40 cm Frame)

This plantation of trees is in Gloucestershire, close to where my Mum used to live. I've been there many times - nearly always in the winter, when the full effect of the tree trunks makes a great linear photo. This shot, however, is iin the spring. The leaves are just beginning to appear but the trunks are still clearly visible. I have to admit that I don't bother going to this spot in the summer, because the fully leaved trees aren't as photogenic!

The print is rollered onto a self-adhesive board then presented in an Ikea Rodalm black frame (40x50cm). I've replaced the standard mount with art quality, off-white mounting board, and also used glass instead of the perspex. I've included the sheet of perspex within the finished frame, so it's there in case you ever need it.
