Garlic Roaster

A little garlic shaped pot, 8cm X 8cm, which is used to roast garlic in the oven.

A whole bulb of garlic, with the top cut off, is placed in the pot and cooked with a bit of oil at 200C in the oven. When the garlic is cooked it can be squeezed out and used in recipes.
