A small edition Copper Plate Engraving by Jenny Davies. Framed in solid Oak.

In this Dry Point Printmaking Process the Artist uses a metal tool to inscribe the image into a Copper plate. Etching ink is then pushed into all the lines and marks created, and the surface of the plate cleaned before moving the plate with damp paper through an etching press to collect the image. Each print is created by hand and therefore each print can show slight differences.
